From Japanese performance cars and German marques to Fords, hot hatches, supercars and everything in between, Tunerfest North brings together clubs and enthusiasts who share a passion for cars.

Important: All drivers must have a valid advance admission ticket and register their display vehicle before the closing date. An admission ticket alone does not reserve a car club display space.

Every club has an opportunity to impress, regardless of its size. A well-presented display, an interesting selection of cars and the enthusiasm of your members can all make a difference.

How Car Club Booking Works

Our online booking system makes it easy for clubs of all sizes to organise their display.

Register your club. The club organiser logs in or creates an account and registers for Tunerfest North.
Receive your club code. A unique code is provided for the organiser to share with members.
Buy your admission ticket. Every driver must purchase an advance event ticket.
Register your vehicle. Each member enters their club code, ticket reference and vehicle details using the online form.
Check your club bookings. Organisers can log in to see which members have registered.
Receive your event information. Vehicle passes, arrival instructions and the club stand location map are emailed to registered members shortly before the event.

The system automatically allocates stand space according to the number of registered vehicles. Organisers do not need to submit or update their numbers manually.

Please ensure every vehicle is registered individually. Being a member of a club does not automatically reserve a display space.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is my first time at Tunerfest North? How do I join?

If you’re a club organiser, simply create an account through Club of Clubs and register your club for the event. You’ll then receive a code for your members to use.

If you’re a club member, ask your organiser for the club code and follow the member registration instructions above.

I’ve attended before. Do I need to register again?

Yes. Even if you have an existing Club of Clubs account, your club and participating vehicles must be registered for the 2027 event. Existing users can log in rather than creating a new account.

Do I need to buy a ticket as well as register my car?

Yes. Your admission ticket allows you into the event, while your vehicle pass allows your registered car into the designated display area. Both are required.

Can I register my car without a club code?

Not onto a club stand. Your club organiser must register first and provide you with the unique code. If you’re not part of a club, you can apply for an Individual Display space instead.

Can I add more cars to our club stand?

Yes, provided entries are still open. Ask your members to register their vehicles using your club code. The booking system automatically calculates the required stand space.

When will I receive my vehicle pass and arrival instructions?

Vehicle passes, maps and arrival information are emailed to registered members shortly before the event. Please check your junk or spam folder as well as your inbox.

Can I purchase my ticket on the day and still display my car?

No. Display drivers must purchase an advance ticket and register their vehicle before the booking deadline. Purchasing a ticket at the gate does not guarantee entry to a club stand.

Do clubs need a minimum number of cars?

Club stands are intended for groups of vehicles. Please check the current club booking terms for the minimum stand requirement. If your club does not reach the required number, an Individual Display space may be an alternative.

Can passengers come with me?

Yes. Passengers are welcome but must have the appropriate event admission ticket. Your vehicle pass does not include admission for passengers.

Tunerfest North takes place at Oulton Park Circuit, Little Budworth, Cheshire, CW6 9BW.

You don’t need to belong to a car club to join the show.

Our Individual Display area welcomes owners who want to bring their cars along and be part of the event without joining a club stand.
