Display vehicle owners, traders and other registered participants may have earlier arrival times. These will be confirmed in your joining instructions before the event.

Is Tunerfest North suitable for families?
Yes. Tunerfest North welcomes visitors of all ages.
Children and adults can enjoy watching the motorsport action, exploring the car displays and seeing a wide range of vehicles up close.
Please remember that motorsport can be noisy, particularly around racing and drifting areas. We recommend suitable ear protection for younger visitors.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
Can I leave the venue and return later?
If you intend to leave and return on the same day, please check the re-entry arrangements with gate staff before exiting.
Tickets and Admission
Do I need a ticket to attend Tunerfest North?
Yes. Everyone attending must meet the event’s admission requirements, including drivers displaying their vehicles.
An admission ticket and a display vehicle pass are two separate things. A vehicle pass allows an approved car into the display area but does not replace the driver’s admission ticket.
Where can I buy Tunerfest North tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through the official ticket link on the Tunerfest North website, which directs you to the circuit’s ticketing service.
We recommend buying in advance where possible, as advance tickets may offer better value than gate admission.

Yes. Tickets will be available on the gate but at increased price.

Getting to Oulton Park and Parking
Where is Oulton Park?
Oulton Park Circuit is situated near Little Budworth in Cheshire.
Postcode for navigation: CW6 9BW.
Please follow official event signs and directions from traffic marshals when approaching the circuit.
Is there accessible parking?
Yes. Oulton Park provides dedicated Blue Badge parking and viewing facilities, including an area on the inside of Knickerbrook corner.
Please display your Blue Badge clearly when arriving and follow the instructions of circuit staff.
For additional accessibility arrangements, contact MSV in advance.
Can I park with my car club?
If you have registered your vehicle with an approved car club stand, you will be allocated a designated display area.
You must complete the club booking process before the deadline and have the required admission ticket and vehicle pass.
Standard public parking does not provide access to club display areas.
Can I camp overnight?
No. There is strictly no overnight camping.
Car Clubs and Vehicle Displays
How do I book a car club stand?
Car club coordinators must register their club through the Tunerfest North online booking system.
Once registered, the coordinator receives a unique club code to share with members.
Club members then use that code to register their vehicles against the correct stand.
How do I join my club’s display?
Purchase your advance admission ticket.
Obtain your club’s unique registration code from your coordinator.
Visit the Car Clubs page and register your vehicle.
Enter the required booking and vehicle details.
Look out for your display vehicle pass and joining instructions before the event.
Each display vehicle must be registered separately.
Do I need to pay extra to display my car?
There is no separate club display space charge for eligible registered vehicles under the standard club booking arrangement.
However, drivers and passengers must have the appropriate admission tickets.
When do car club bookings close?
Car club entries for Tunerfest North 2027 are scheduled to close on Friday 16 July 2027. We recommend registering early to give your club coordinator enough time to organise the stand and avoid missing the deadline.
When will I receive my car display pass?
Vehicle passes and final arrival instructions are normally emailed shortly before the event.
Please check your inbox and junk or spam folder.
Your vehicle pass will include or accompany the information needed to find your allocated display area.
Can I arrive with my club without registering?
No. All club display vehicles must be registered and approved in advance.
If you arrive without the required display pass, you may be directed to public parking.
Can I display my car if I am not part of a club?
Yes. Our Individual Display area is designed for enthusiasts who would like to show their car but are not attending with a registered club.
You will need to purchase an advance admission ticket and register your vehicle through the Individual Display booking page.
Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
What is the OBSESSION Car Show?
OBSESSION is our specially curated car show celebrating exceptional vehicles, individuality, presentation and the dedication of their owners.
Unlike a standard club stand, OBSESSION is a selected display. Owners submit their vehicles for consideration and successful applicants receive further instructions.
Can I leave the display area early?
Display vehicles are expected to remain in their allocated areas for the duration specified in their joining instructions.
For safety reasons, vehicle movement may be restricted while the event is open to the public.
If you have an unavoidable reason to leave early, speak to an event official before moving your vehicle.
Drifting and Passenger Experiences
Will there be drifting at Tunerfest North?
Yes. Drifting is one of the major attractions at Tunerfest North.
Visitors can enjoy Drift Pro demonstrations featuring experienced drivers performing controlled slides, close transitions and impressive car control.
Can I go in a drift car as a passenger?
Yes. Tunerfest North offers drift taxi passenger experiences in association with PH Drift.
This is an opportunity to ride alongside an experienced driver in a specially prepared drift car and experience drifting first-hand.
How old do you have to be for a drift taxi ride?
Passengers must be aged 12 or over.
All passengers must meet the operator’s safety and eligibility requirements.
How do I book a drift taxi ride?
Drift taxi rides may be booked in advance or purchased on the day, subject to availability.
We recommend advance booking where available, as spaces can be popular.
Do I need a separate event ticket for a drift taxi ride?
Yes. A drift taxi booking covers the passenger experience only.
You will also need a valid admission ticket to enter Tunerfest North.
Facilities and Accessibility
Are food and drinks available?
Yes. Oulton Park normally has food and drink outlets operating during major events.
The range and location of outlets can vary. Please check the final spectator information for the 2027 event.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes. Oulton Park allows visitors to bring their own food and drink, including alcohol, subject to venue rules.
Please dispose of rubbish responsibly and follow any additional event-specific restrictions.
Are there toilets and baby changing facilities?
Yes. Toilet facilities are located around the circuit.
Baby changing facilities are available at selected locations, including the Fogarty Moss Centre and other designated facilities.

Is the event accessible to wheelchair users?
Oulton Park provides accessible parking, viewing areas and toilet facilities.
However, parts of the venue are outdoors and include grass, slopes and uneven surfaces.

Are dogs allowed at Tunerfest North?
No. Oulton Park does not permit dogs or other animals on site, with the exception of recognised assistance dogs.
If you are bringing an assistance dog, please contact MSV before your visit.
Can I bring a bicycle or electric scooter?
No. Personal bicycles, scooters, e-scooters and similar two-wheeled vehicles are not permitted in public spectator areas.
Mobility aids are subject to the circuit’s accessibility arrangements.
Can I fly a drone at the event?
No. Drones and other unauthorised flying devices are strictly prohibited at Oulton Park.
Is there a cash machine at Oulton Park?
No. Oulton Park advises that there is no cash machine on site.
Card payments are accepted at MSV-operated ticket booths and catering facilities. Independent traders may have their own payment arrangements, so bring cash if you think you may need it.
Is there Wi-Fi at Oulton Park?
Free public Wi-Fi is available in selected areas of the circuit.

On the Day
Can I enter the paddock and see the race cars?
The paddock is normally open to spectators unless otherwise stated, giving visitors an opportunity to see competing cars and teams up close.
Access to the pit lane, garages or restricted operational areas may require special permission or accreditation.

Directions / How to find Oulton Park
Situated next to Little Budworth and is best accessed from the A54 or the A49. From the north take junction 19 off the M6 and follow the A556 through Northwich towards Chester, from the south leave the M6 at junction 18 and follow the A54.
Regular train services to Crewe and Chester operate on the mainline from London Euston
