You don’t need to belong to a car club to display your car at Tunerfest North. Our Individual Display area is open to enthusiasts who want to showcase their vehicles alongside other performance, tuned, classic and enthusiast-owned cars.
Whether you’ve spent years building your car, recently completed a project or simply enjoy keeping it looking its best, we’d love to welcome you.
If you’ve displayed with us before, we’d be delighted to see you return. If this is your first time, we’ve made the process straightforward.

What is the Individual Display area?
The Individual Display area gives owners the opportunity to park their cars within the show rather than in the public car park.
Your vehicle becomes part of the event, where visitors can admire it, take photographs and chat with you about your pride and joy.
It’s a great way to meet other enthusiasts, share your passion and enjoy everything Tunerfest North has to offer.
You don’t need to be part of a club, and you don’t need to enter a competition. Simply register your vehicle in advance and join us for the day.
How to register your car
Registering for the Tunerfest North Individual Display is simple.
Step 1. Purchase your advance admission ticket
All drivers displaying a car must purchase an advance admission ticket for Tunerfest North at Oulton Park.
Step 2. Register your vehicle
Once you have purchased your ticket, click the registration button below and complete the online form with your details and vehicle information.
You will need your ticket booking reference.

Step 3. Receive your vehicle display pass
After registering, you’ll receive an on-screen confirmation.
During the week leading up to the event, we’ll email you the final joining instructions, including your vehicle display pass, arrival information and site map.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received your information.
Step 4. Arrive and enjoy the show
On the day, bring your admission ticket and display your vehicle pass as instructed.
Follow the event signage and directions from our marshals to your allocated Individual Display area.
Once parked, you can enjoy the rest of the show, meet fellow enthusiasts and experience the on-track action.

- Advance booking: Required for all display vehicles
- Admission: All drivers and passengers require valid event tickets
- Vehicle pass: Issued ahead of the event with your joining instructions
- Display location: Allocated Individual Display area within the show
Display spaces are limited and advance registration is essential. Purchasing an admission ticket alone does not reserve a display space.
Please ensure you complete both the ticket purchase and vehicle registration stages.

If you’ve displayed with us previously, thank you for being part of the show.
We’d love to welcome you back for 2027.
Even if you’ve attended before, you’ll need to register your vehicle again for this year’s event and purchase a valid 2027 admission ticket.
Once registered, we’ll send your updated vehicle pass and joining instructions ahead of the show.

Never displayed your car at an event before? Don’t worry.
Our Individual Display area is designed to be welcoming and straightforward. You don’t need previous show experience or to be part of an organised car club.

Do I need to be a member of a car club?
No. Individual Display is specifically for owners who want to showcase their vehicles without booking through a car club.
Does it cost extra to display my car?
You’ll need a valid advance admission ticket and must register your vehicle separately.
Can I bring passengers?
Yes. Passengers are welcome, but everyone travelling in your vehicle must have a valid event admission ticket.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Vehicle passes and joining instructions are normally sent during the week before the event, together with arrival information and a site map. Please check spam & junk before contacting us.
When can I arrive?
Display vehicles have designated arrival arrangements. Your joining instructions will confirm the correct time and entrance to use.
Do I need to register again if I’ve displayed before?
Yes. A new registration and valid admission ticket are required for each event.
